I sensed that this was a happy place as soon as I came in for my first treatment (the "golden hands" facial, and eye brows waxing). Nice people, very industrious, very much about working, but yet, they all found time to smile and acknoledge my presence, along with other 2 young women who sat there waiting. We were offered a drink, and encourged to grab light refreshments. One felt as a guest, rather than a client/customer.
15 minutes later, my eye brows looked great , I love them! the facial that followed put me to sleep and when it was done, despite lots of squeezing, my balck heads were history, and I didn't look blotchy! Amazing!
Pros: Good place, really! And quite affordable, I will do this once a month, with pleasure!
