When this place first opened up, I tried it. The sandwiches here are all variations on the cuban sandwich. The sandwiches themselves seemed a little bland, which is why they probably give you this special sauce to put on it. Personally, I didn't think that these sandwiches were really that good, and it's sorta expensive. If you know this area, there is a sandwich place in the merchants festival shopping center called Gordos. They have awesome sandwiches, but sadly they are only open for lunch.
