Good: When we went to Mango, it was a leap of faith. We searched around St. Louis for a restaurant and found Mango. I had never had Peruvian cuisine, and neither had my friends and husband. When the food came (I had the Hamburguesa), I had never felt more at one with a meal. It was an orgasmic sensation in my mouth with the amount of flavors popping out from the meat alone. The sweet potatoe chips were awesome, and my friends and husband LOVED the plantain chips that were constantly refilled.. Bad: The service was horrible. When we arrived for our first visit, we weren't seated or greeted for a few minutes and had to stand at the doors awkwardly. When we were seated, it took what seemed like ten minutes to get drink orders in to our waitress and then another to get our drinks. The food was slow, we were actually playing with our drinks and straws because the food took so long. What made that worse was the lacking attention by our waitress who didn't keep tabs on our long wait.. Improvements: Wait for the food and service. The service sucked.. Other: The food here is amazing. If they work on their service, they will do amazing things with this restaurant..
