Review content:
(This is the shortened version of this story) I had Whipple come out to find and fix a leak. After telling me about all the other things in my house that had to be replaced and brought up to code I had to remind them that I had a leak that I needed fixed and that is why I called them. They made the necessary updates and "fixed" the leak. I found out after they left that the leak was not fixed. I had to go through Thanksgiving without water because the leak was not fixed and they couldnt send anyone out to actually fix it. They came back two more times to find and fix the leak. Both times they assured me that they had fixed my problem. Both times they were wrong. Following the third attempt to find and fix the leak when I called back to tell them I still had the same problem I was informed they would come back in two days to work on it again. I told the dispatcher I would like to speak with a manager and I was able to leave a message for one. I am still waiting to hear back from them. I finally had to cut a hole in my wall and find the leak and problem and fix it myself. I only wish I had done this in the first time and saved myself $5000.00. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and call another company.
