If at all possible, DO NOT enter this store on a weekend, or right before the holidays. It is a madhouse. Even under the best of circumstances, this is not a quick stop. The store is designed to suck you and make you wander around, but as long as you are not in a hurry this can actually be enjoyable. They have great stuff, and a playroom/ball room for your kids. We bought their flooring for about $1/sqft to put in one bedroom and see how we liked it, and it's great. We might go with it for the whole house.
