I really liked the haircut that Bianca gave .. but she styled in a manner without even asking me that it just looked awful.. and her staff laughed it .. the swarmy female receptionist was apparently too "cool" to be bothered with me .. she never greated me or looked me in the eye.... in a city where there are so many great salons .. why would I ever return just to be treated so poorly.... what a shame. Just because you are in Capital Hill does not give you a free ticket to be rude.
