Review content:
This is the best bed & breakfast in the Waynesville/Asheville N.C. area. It is an old stylish mansion with a lot of character. It has a wonderful view of the Smokey mountains. They have a nice wrap around porch there so you can enjoy the view while having a cup of coffee or a pop. The linens were the most comfortable linens I ever slept on.
I had to go shopping just to have the same type of bedding linens. I would love to decorate my bathroom that style as well. They didn't spare any expense making this place cozy and comfortable. My room had the claw foot tub so I could relax in the evening with a nice bubble bath. You an walk the gardens and sit under the gazebo. All of the rooms had different names and their own unique character to them. I stayed in the Lucille. Every room had its own journal so you could see what other people had to say and write your own experience there. Everything was great and top notch. The service was excellent. The breakfast was so good. The people were friendly. On Saturday nights they even have a dinner. I believe its only on Saturday night. Sam was just great.
If I'm ever in town again I will be reserving a room there. It was around $125 a night. It was so worth it. No back pain in the morning from a hard bed. The view was great. The food was excellent. What wonderful hosts we had! I highly recommend it.
