Review content:
Everytime I go to Bengali Sweet House on Newark Avenue, we end up waiting atleast 10-15 minutes before we are asked for our order. After we give our order, it takes them another 15-20 minutes to fill it. I am not sure why they can't work on a more effective way of managing the service since their sweets are really tasty. I dread going in since I know that I will come out frustrated and tired from the waiting. It's not even that they are that busy but rather just plain inefficient! They need to train their staff better and also think of a way to make the service faster than what it is now. Otherwise, they will surely start losing even thier most loyal customers!
