Please do not put your child in this facility. I managed to work there for 3 months, but finally had to quit because there were so many things that were just wrong. I love taking care of children; I've done it for quite some time. But at this facility, we were told not to hug/kiss the children--even our own if they were enrolled. I watched toddlers being told to sit and stay still for 30 minutes at a time. I watched children's plates snatched from them because they had spilled something. I was told toys in the classroom were not to be played with because the teacher didn't want to clean them or management wanted everything neat for the next tour. I went home and cried most nights. Changes I tried to make were ignored. There are some teachers doing the best they can, but management is not supportive and only cares about signing up the next new child, not all the ones they already have enrolled. Management doesn't treat the staff with any respect; therefore, the staff doesn't treat your child with any respect.
