this is the worst company ever. the staff are very rude dont know anything. could care less about if ur luggage is found after THEY LOSE IT!!!. the drivers talk to you like your garbage. i wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. DONT GO GREYHOUND !!!! was told by a ticket agent the reason they dont answer phones is they are short staffed and dont get paid to answer phones and help people.
