I recently received my computer back from them on a power unit replacement for a tower PC. I gave them my computer with everything working fine. I had transferred files between my two drives the day I gave it to them.
When I pick up my computer they tell me that the second drive was disconnected as when as gave it to them. I told them it was all connected when I gave it to them. They kept denying it. Probably because know my seti hardrives are about $200 a piece. The connectors are now completely broken off the drive, which cannot really be repaired. I will never use them again, and would advise others to use caution. Either find somewhere else or photograph you pc before giving to them.
