I have been a loyal JoAnn Fabrics shopper for years and have always received adequate customer service, but the Crossroads store is awful. In the past 3 transactions I've had with this particular store, my fabric has been at least a yard short on a 5+yard cut each time. When I have returned to point it out, I have been accused of cheating the store and trying to steal fabric.
When I spoke to the manager, I was even more put off. He treated me like a thief, too. Even when I pointed out that my fabric was cut short before I paid for it, he acted like I was trying to get something for nothing. I just want what I pay for!
I will NEVER shop at the Crossroads JoAnn Fabrics again. The employees cut my fabric wrong and then blame me for their incompetence and rudeness!
