I emailed to get more information on the hospital, when I got an email back I was super interested in going to this hospital, I was told to contact the office manager Tracy. This woman is very rude, I wanted to get more information and find out what is considered a 24hour emergency.....she told me that you should go to Coral Springs Animal hospital for an emergency....what??? So when I tried to figure out what is considered an emergency as their website says 24 hours she said that she can't medically treat my dogs......what??? I would never ask an office manager to treat my dogs, this lady is crazy and super rude, her attitude was terrible she acted like I was bothering her. I tried to call back and speak to someone else, but they said that new patients go to Tracy......I am still waiting for this woman to call me back....that was a week ago. I tried to get a doctor to call me back and......I'm still waiting. I'd rather go to a hospital with courteous staff......than deal with this.
