Review content:
I read a review on here saying that they "heard it through the grapevine" that "somebody" is trying to sabotage optical insight's business. Not true. We are all just unsatisfied customers.
We're not talking about screwing up a hamburger order. They are screwing with people's eyes and wallets.
They should be ashamed with the way they treat their customers. Not everyone has a bad experience there, I'm sure, but you can tell by the reviews that most are unsatisfied.
After they screwed up my prescription and overcharged me I felt so used and scammed. They had already taken my money and I thought there was nothing I could do. I looked online to see if there were any other people who got screwed by them and was not surprised to see so many on here.
I'm sure they thought they could get away with scamming customer after customer. Thankfully, the internet gives the consumer a way to warn others.
Nobody is perfect. People make mistakes. But these guys are systematically taking advantage of people. That is wrong and unethical and in this case dangerous.
