Review content:
Withering pain, sick babies, on hold way to long or no call back when asking nurse advice. Rates always going up a lot each 6 months. had to pay $350 for IUD that doctor could not insert properly stuck with useless device no refund. Did not advise before purchase that I had to purchase it with no help from Kaiser. You would think it would be free as it amounts to nothing. When calling in prescriptions they want too days advance notice even for a unit that is in their inventory!!They say it's cheaper to ship it in from Portland than to use their existing inventory, seems wrong. Appointment always a long way out. Better than a VA hospital though.
