So, this is the second year in a row I've had a gift certificate expire from this place because every time I call to book I'm juggled around in a frantic, frenetic frenzy by the insane receptionist (who a co-worker told me is actually the owner, all I can say is she needs to calm the hell down), put on hold multiple times and then finally am told the only appointments are months and months ahead of time. Someone else wrote a review about this so at least I am not alone, but it makes me wonder about the business practices of this company. To add insult to injury, I WORK ON THE BLOCK!!! I can see they're not that busy; I told my boss this year to re-think giving gift certificates from this place because our gifts go unused by half the office every year. Apparently, gift certificates are money in the bank for this place and they'd rather it sit there until it expires than honor your gift. Truly, truly awful experience with this place. Pros: close to my job Cons: cannot use my gift certificate, chaotic, terrible customer service
