I got to my massage 15 minutes early and then waited for 45! No one explained until I asked and no one was nice about the delay either. The recp. is so annoying and not helpful at all. There is no relaxation room, just go into a room that looks like a shower and undress. The massage only went for 50 minutes instead of 60 and at $135! It was not worth it. I will never go back and will stay with Oasis.
