Review content:
Premier just finished the pool in our north natomas home, it looks fine but the customer service experience was terrible. There is still construction debris in our yard that they wont remove, piles of dirt stacked up against our house, trash in our yard, then they are rude when we call to have it removed. Once the last check is cashed the service goes out the window.
Sometimes bigger isnt better, I wish we had chosen a different company that cared about their customers and knew how to schedule and communicate. They had no respect for our yard or our neighborhood.
