Businiess name:  The Melting Pot

Review content:
The Melting Pot is one of the best fondue restaurants in town. They have a very relaxed and private-setting atmosphere and their waitstaff is very alert and professional. The only thing to be prepared for is the length of time to finish your meal. Because this is fondue, it takes longer to cook everything, so plan on being there for a while. Usually, around two hours or so for a four-course meal. At this location, I would recommend the valet parking as well. Otherwise, you end up parking at the end of their lot, and walking up a very steep hill. It's worth a couple of extra bucks to not be sweating when you walk in the restaurant. the only other drawback is that your clothes can smell a bit oily after you eat. Because of the steam and oil from the fondue, it tends to stick in your hair and clothes. My family goes here once a year as a treat, since it's not cheap.
