Review content:
I received a gift certificate, signed by the owner. The certificate had no issue date or expiration date on it. When I tried to redeem the certificate for services, I was told "we have no way of knowing how old this is" and they refused to redeem it. I fail to see how them not dating a gift certificate and not stating an expiration date, gives them the right to not honor it. Talk about crappy customer service! I don't care if they cut hair well or not, I'll pass just given the way they treated me, as if I were a second rate customer.
