I really appreciated being able to call with a problem Friday evening and getting in for service Monday. I drove up and was greeted by multiple people and was given a free loaner. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. I couldn't come back easily that night when my car was ready for pick up and it was no problem to bring it back the next day. Again I was greeted by multiple people and my car was immediately brought around. There was no line at the cashier and my paperwork was ready. This urgent service went as smoothly as possible. I was also pleased at the low cost. I also recently had two burned out tail lights and dropped in to have them replace. They were replaced immediately at no charge and this was really nice.
