This is a great concept, an indoor play area with educational activities and tasty but healthy (a bit overpriced) food. All of that sounds great but there's a few accidents waiting to happen and that's what keeps me from coming back for more. One of the things that makes me the most nervous about this place is the playcenter in the middle, it has some steps to get in that are higher than any other place I've seen. I've seen so many kids falling from those stairs and some of them luckier than others but it is kind of dangerous when climbing up but specially when climbing down. The other thing that should be changed is a metal gate they have in the toddler area (3 and under) that gate has the sharpest corner and it slams shut with such force that I have also seen little hands getting hurt there many times. If there were to fix these two things then the place would be almost perfect, except for the bit overpriced food but I'm willing to pay that, and the entrance fee for what they offer without those two hazards!!! Pros: setting, concept Cons: safety
