I went here last weekend for my first wax and the experience was fantastic. I was nervous at first but after about 1 minute with Megan, the nerves were gone.
The entire staff was friendly, offering me a glass of wine within a moment of being there. As soon as I entered the wax room, and Megan started talking, I was at ease. She jumped right in with conversation keeping my mind elsewhere asking questions and genuinely interested in me.
I look forward to a long wax relationship there - I don't have a single negative thing to say about it. Even parking was easy on a Saturday afternoon!
I will switch all my waxing needs to Urban Waxx.!
