I've used this service numerous times. It's about what you expect from a limo service in the New York area. A towncar of varying quality, late model, old school. Typically clean, often smelling of leather and incense with some sort of thing dangling from the miror. The drivers were always courteous, knowledgable, and typically early which is a nice bonus when you are traveling to the airport. The best part about the tel aviv car company is that you will never forget the number even when you are on the red-eye back to the city and stumble in at 6am.
