I was with a bridal party and had called a month prior to, and the week of, our visit to ensure all 6 girls, including the bride, would be taken care of. When we arrived, there was no one else in the salon. Yet, we sat in the pedicure chair waiting for 20 minutes, soaking feet, because no one would come over to help. One tech actually walked away from one of the girls in the MIDDLE of her manicure, and proceeded to take walk-ins before returning to finish her nails. The service is awful and the quality is terrible. The salon is incapable of doing even a simple french manicure and had a pathetic colour selection. ProNails should be closed down and the technicians should not be charging for their work. Instead, go to Lee Nails, which is in the same mall. ProNails is an embarrassment!
