I was in need of a plumber in Marion, Ohio. I had talked to different people and everyone had a different solution for my washer backing up into the tub and draining out my toliet. I called Rotor Rooter, knowing they have been in business for many years. I felt if they didn't know what was going on no one will.
They were at my house within a couple of hours...Greg the plumber who came to the house was so professional and kind, I could have not asked for anyone any kinder and knowing his job...He went over and above his call of duty.
I was very pleased and happy with the service. I would recommend Rotor Rooter to anyone that needs a plumber.
