Gene Bartel overcharged, did not supply bills, and insisted on "cash." This guy is a typical "nightmare" of a contractor! Refuses to call back when asked for a reimbursement of a broken item. He was recommended by Majestic Pools in Hudson... Sleepy Hollow... TAKE NOTE!
