Your review Horrible Experience? - ? - Today I don't even know how to start, this was a classic example of how to give customer service that will run this company into the ground. It's what I would have expected if there was a "Going Out of Business Sale". I asked to take a look at a particular tux style that I picked out on the website, to which they replied, "oh no we don't have that in the store, your wedding is 5 months away and we won't even put you in the system." Keep in mind the tux that I requested is on the first page of the catalog that you open in the store. They acted very bothered at any request I had, which could only be communicated after cornering them in an empty store. After I insisted on at least trying on a shirt and bowtie with a somewhat similar jacket they lethargically scrambled up a very humorous combination of mismatched garbage and then one of the useless salespeople had the audacity to say that he thought my knit hat was "Throwing it off"! I asked to see a cummerbund to which the guy replied " Oh we haven't rented a cummerbund in 2 years"! Unbelievable! I asked how I was able to see my desired tux style in person before the wedding. They replied that I would see it 2 days before the wedding. Do Not Go! Highly Disappointing and a little sad.
