i bought a car from a shady dealer and wanted to get it checked out on my own to make sure all was well. Alan was so warm and accommodating, i felt at ease right away. i sat at home trying not to panic about everything that might be wrong with my car, only to have Alan call and tell me that for the most part, my car was just fine. he could have made up any number of pricey things that needed "fixing" but was totally on the up and up.
between Alan's extreme honesty and generosity, and the office girl Monica's supreme friendliness, this was by far my best mechanic experience of all time, i wish i wasn't moving away so i could come back often!
Pros: friendly, prompt, thorough
Cons: that it took me so long to find him!
