I recently attended a wedding at HH. The service was terrible. They were unprepared when the wedding party and guests arrived; tables were not even set and the area for the ceremony was not set up. There was no parking because they scheduled 3 weddings simultaneously; the tent sides were not tied down and when it rained the entire dance floor was under a huge puddle. Several guests slipped and fell. The walk to the indoor bathrooms was too far from the tent and no umbrellas, or escorts were provided. Ladies in high heels and fancy dresses had to walk through pouring rain on slippery bricks to use the restrooms. They were short staffed throughout the event. The desserts, found behind the bar, were never put out. Cake was not cut and distributed; so it all went to waste. The families had worked out every detail with the facility months in advance and just the day before went over everything, left notes and instructions in writing. What a disappointment for the bride and groom and their families.
