Review content:
The only thing that might be helpful is to have a service manager assigned to you. I had this at Pikes Peak Acura and I thought that was very helpful when I called to make an appointment and any person would answer and then see who I was assigned to and helped me with the appointment or if the assigned manager was available transferred me to them. Their stations were outside next to where you drive up. Just a thought.
