Review content:
I wrote a letter to the owner and rest.mgr about the atrocious service and food quality for my party of 10. No one has had the decency to respond to me. Not only was the waitress flippant but the maitre de saw my interaction with her about the food and service and did nothing. The other rest. customers witnessed the event. Imagine having a special party planned and the whole thing going to the mess it became; no one even had the intelligence to send a manager over to talk to us. No one. Class-less operation and the food was subpar at best. Dont know what happenned over the years but this is the worst customer service and food prep my family ever had. The customer service was zilch. They took our 300 bucks and never cared either way about our concerns. Maybe i should have encluded a self addressed stamped envelope. Right. dont waste your money if you want a memorable occassion to go from excellent to morbid in the blink of an eye.
I cant imagine how in this economy any business wants bad publicity... poor poor service; food, waitress and management
