Deceptive business practices and billing. Not forthright about how prepaid lessons and breaks from the program work. I prepaid for 12 lessons and only used 4. During personal hardship they talked me into taking a vacation from the program rather than canceling membership. Did not tell me they would keep charging me during vacation even though I already had unused credits.
