In Feb. visited your store and puchased a pair of earrings, item name BD Talavera Pottery, and requested a bracelet to match. I was told you would let me know if it was available from artist. Months went by, again contacted store and was told by the assistant who said she was there when my friend and I were in the store,that she would check and get back to me. Again no response. You truly have unique items, however, your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Very disappointed
