They are quick to repair things well. Picked up the bikes today. $7 per tube $9 labor to replace it. Tires $20 (standard tire not race tire). True a bent rim $15. The place is crazy busy, but the adult folks at the desk have achieved Nirvana (calm at all times). Bikes all over the place outside. Super short parking lot barely fits modern vehicles. Have to usually park around the block and walk over. They finished the our Trek bikes when promised. Everyone was nice. Bikes ride like a charm, but the $109 bill for two new tires, three new tubes and bent front rim repair was an "ouch". I don't know who Jay is, but read reviews on here and if it's the guy with the pony tail...he was really cool with us. I would go again, but hopefully not for a long time, as it's a small car payment. Maybe all bike shops are around this amount, couldn't say. Did the job quickly and work seems really good.
