On May 9, 2011 I went in to order a new shed. I met with Kim. I told Kim I wanted a vinyl sided shed with a ramp. She ordered me a WOODEN shed with NO ramp. The contract stated 4-6 weeks. It was delivered 9 weeks later. That was when I found out it was not a vinyl sided shed but a wooden shed. The delivery driver tore my back yard to shreds and needed to call a tow truck to get him out. It was to be assembled on site so I spent the extra $750 to have it done there. They used broken blocks to prop it up and within 2 days one of the doors would not open correctly. They offered no assistance for fixing the problem. In fact they blamed me! They said I should have made sure that Kim had actually written what she was supposed to! I ended up spending my own money to stabilize the shed. There are 1/4" gaps between the floor boards. As far as the lack of a ramp, they said they would have the builder send me a check since he had all the money. Hard to believe the VP of the company didn't have $106 to end this. To summarize: I spent $4000 and got a shed that was not what I wanted. My backyard is all messed up. I don't have a ramp that I payed for. My 14 x 10 ft shed was propped up on broken bricks. I am an unsatisfied customer and they really don't care. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! THEY TRULY WILL NOT HELP WITH ANY PROBLEM YOU WILL HAVE!!!!!!!
