Wallack Management has managed our cooperative for over 20 years the office is professional, honest and they follow the rules set up by our board of director’s to the benefit of our shareholders and residents. Burt is an involved and conscientious agent who has does a great job for us and we are grateful for his service and involvement. No management company is perfect and some of our residents do not always like to follow the rules and pay for the fees that they are charged on sublets or sales. I have found that Wallack is consistent, fair and the complaints I read here are unwarranted and rather personal give my experience with the organization. The closing department also does a great job.
