Honestly no complaints about this hotel. Stayed for a long weekend, seemed well kept, friendly staff. To get to downtown area, or Wrigley the hotel shuttle will take you to the train station (quick ride) & will pick you up from there when you call. Also to & from airport. Keep in mind it's not in the heart of the action, but if you don't mind a train ride it's a nice alternative to pricier options.
