Review content:
Our Camry had the driver's seat stuck in the full forward position. Atkinson Toyota in Bryan Tx told us it could not be moved back nor fixed and the entire seat unit would have to be replaced at a cost of $2128.24. They also said they could not move the seat. We opted to drive back to our local Toyota dealer in Colorado Springs. We explained our desire not to spend $2000+ on a 2003 vehicle with 149,000 and asked them also if there was an alternate fix. They got the seat to operate again with the warning to not put it in the full forward position for a $100 charge. It was pushed forward originally to retrieve something from under the seat - possibly beyond the normal realm - no one drives this close to the dashboard. We will be recommending this dealer for their honesty, talent and ability to listen to the customer. Thank you, you have earned not only our future business but also our trust.
