Review content:
Good: The doctors were great, when you actually got to spend more then a minute with them. The location is good because it is only 20 minutes from my house.. Bad: The staff are horrible. The people in the reception area don't return phone calls, don't give your messages to the people you leave them for, and god forbid you they need to answer a question because they get upset being on the phone with you for more then 30 second.
The billing is also terrible. The woman who runs it named Gio is a idiot and tries to trick you into paying more. We have NEVER missed a payment, and all of a sudden we are getting bills threatening to send us to collections.. Improvements: They need to fire Gio as she is the worst staff member on hand.
They need to train their reception about customer service and how to actually be pleasant.
They need to bill at insurance rates even if you are paying out of pocket after your over your benefit limit on maternity. This is how Gio said it would work, and then she changed her mind I guess!. Other: Genesis Women's Center created so much drama during my pregnancy that I feel it actually took away from it. I will now travel to Ocala if I am ever pregnant again..
