Ladies, do not bother.
I had a good experience on the day I went to buy my dress here. The woman who helped me was nice, and I found a dress I liked.
The rough part came when I called them a couple of months later to confirm my dress arrival date (my sisters are crazy organized!). The first sales associate told me that she "couldn't read the arrival date," that was written for my dress and would have to call me back in a few minutes." The entire day passed with no response. Called back the next day and was tossed from associate to associate before Linda, the owner, picked up and told me that my dress had never been ordered because the manufacturer stopped making it. I pride myself on being a reasonable person ... but if I hadn't called to check, it would've been pretty interesting to get to the time when they'd originally told me it'd get in (couple months before the wedding) and find out it wasn't ordered. To top it off, Linda was rude and unapologetic. I had to fight to get my deposit back, which they stalled on sending to me.
Bottom line: you're better off going anywhere else.
