One of the things that really impressed us about working with the folks at Rock & Rose is that things didn't always go smoothly--they never do--but it was easy to work with them to get over the bumps. When a neighbor complained about the fence we planned to build, they talked to the neighbor's contractor, explained in detail what was planned, and the neighbor was satisfied.
