However you look at it, you’ll end up spending a few bucks to change a lock, even if you supply the hardware. I guess I should have been a bit more careful instead of jumping to home depot and picking up a cheap lock. Now I have a lock that was just a little too big for the hole that was left by the old one and I needed to have these guys make the hole bigger and install it, instead of just waiting for them to provide a replacement that didn’t need to have a larger hole drilled!
