How would you refer to someone who comes to your home to repair an electrical fixture? An electrician-usually, but not in all cases. Suppose he brings his own floor mat, calls you before he arrives to introduce himself and addresses you by name. Does it end there, well NO! When he realizes the light unit needs a special part, he calls the company and goes through a hundred prompts until he finds the appropriate person with whom to place an order. Who does all that for you? In my case it was Gary Nowicki of Weltman Home Services. Actually though, Gary is just one of a well-trained group of technicians who have changed the landscape of questionable contractors we have grown to endure. With this type of service, do you think I’ll ever call another company? NOT IN THIS LIFETIME!!!
