I went in yesterday, new customer. I got Emilia. I asked for a HAIRCUT ONLY.She immediately criticized my hair color and said she would put in a toner. I said no, I want a haircut only.I asked her I wanted my hair all one length and wanted it thinned out , she said" No, that will give you volume". that is totally incorrect! She said I needed better products on my hair than the ones I use, without even asking what kind of products I use! She told me she would give me a blowdry with products so I could see the difference. At that point, I got up and left!! She was rude and way too pushy!!!!
