I have purchased several times from Carls and have been satisfied with my purchase each and every time, the sales staff and delivery guys have always been extra attenative to my needs.
I know Carl does care about his customers in fact he has his personal phone number and email address posted on the front entrance to his store so that if you have any issues that his staff didnt take care of you can contact him directly.
I have heard numerous stories about Carl going above and beyond for his customers.
