I am very satisfied with the services I have received at La Novita. Kerri has been styling and coloring my hair for about 5 years. She does an excellent job and is very professional. I regularly get compliments on my hair cut and proudly refer Kerri and La Novita to others. I have been using the spa services for several years as well and give and get gift certificates for services. The spa personnel are also very professional and accommodating. Most recently I have enjoyed one of the spa packages with a friend. Kelly and Lisa provided services to both of us and my friend was especially impressed with their level of expertise. It was her first time at La Novita. Providing complimentary beverages is a nice touch and is appreciated, especially during a 4-5 hr spa package. Also, computer access is helpful and an efficient way to use time waiting for color processing. Your salon is comfortable and the staff are pleasant and accommodating. I hope to bring another friend this year to enjoy your spa services with me.
