Thank God for Kerr Properties rescuing us when they did! We almost got taken by another company (Fox Management). Kerr rented us a beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home, that is only 1 1/2 years old for $900.00 dollars a month, with the water, garbage and lawn care all included in the rent ! Plus a operating home security system monitored by Brinks! This is a dream home for us. No deposits, just the rent for the month.
Kerr was so nice, they even told us, that if we didn't qualify for the house, the would work with us. The best part is the neighborhood is in a new exclusive West Hills area, the same type of area that Fox Management promised but never delivered. The only 3 bedroom house they showed us, turned out to be a dump. But the picture on the Fox Management website was different than the house they showed us. Plus Fox Management, wanted a $200.00 to hold it, until we passed a credit check etc. Well, while the gal was yapping from Fox Management, one of our cell phones rang, and it was Kerr Property Management, saving the day, and our money.
