Review content:
My mother's birthday crept up on me and needed flowers in a pinch. I was searching online and came across fromyouflowers. I put an order in my cart, but then began to search other flower sites. I received an email from fromyouflowers because I didn't complete the order waiving the service fee. So, I decided to go with it. As a review junkie, I searched for online reviews and was quite nervous when I read the reviews. (Though, I'm thoroughly of the mindset that it is generally people who have bad experiences that leave reviews.) Anyway ... the deed was done and the flowers were ordered. The flowers were set to arrive on Saturday, (I ordered them on Thursday; my mother's birthday was Sunday) but my mother lives in a rural area, so I assume that was the reason they delivered them on Friday. (That, or they wanted to avoid the tropical storm that is supposed to hit Saturday.) Anyway, my only complaint was that the delivery person didn't know how to get to my mother's house, so they called her for directions - therefore, the flowers weren't really a surprise, she knew they were coming. Anyway, my mother said the flowers were beautiful (I got the lily, bear, chocolate combo) and everything was there. Um, I know you don't know my mother, but if they were subpar, she would have said, you need to get your money back. The fact that they delivered these great flowers overnight to a rural NC town is amazing to me. I know they used a florist in a neighbouring town, but either way, I got what a paid for! I really have no complaints!
