Businiess name:  Pembroke Hospital

Review content:
My child arrived at this hospital mid-day. At 11pm -- over 8 hours later -- a doctor still had not written up his medications. He was not allowed to go to bed, join groups, or get his essential meds, because the doc hadn't seen him. And by then their pharmacy had closed for the night! Staff were unapologetic. Seemed annoyed that the child acted unmedicated. NOTE this hospital was cited last year by DMH for understaffing. Note also the 'personal assault' recently, on their adult unit. Bad place. Stay away from Arbor System! Pros: They are more likely to have a bed available Cons: Understaffed. Not quite in control. Getting regulatory & criminal attention. Hours to admit. Many hours more to get meds, into a room.
